Registration fees are:

The registration fee covers:
- attendance at the conference
- conference materials
- coffee breaks and lunches (Mon-Fri)
- welcome reception on Monday 7 September 2015
- banquet on Wednesday 9 September 2015
- an excursion on Wednesday (9 September 2015) afternoon
Accompanying persons are invited to participate in the following events:

Payments by money transfer or by on-line payment system can be made by 31 August
2015 (in Polish Zloty -PLN – only!) which is when registration will end.
In exceptional cases payments by credit card (VISA or MASTER card only, with a 2% surcharge) or cash can be also made in person on Monday, 7 September 2015. We kindly ask you to ask for a pre-approval of this form of payment.
Confirmation
A confirmation notice will be sent to the registrant within 15 days of receiving the payment.
Cancellation by:

In each case a processing fee of 100 PLN will be applied.
Please note that this policy applies only to the cancellation of conference registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
