Registration for COSMO-15 will be done through a dedicated on-line panel given below which will be maintained by the conference agency Global Congress Sp. z o.o.

During the registration process a personal account will be created for each registrant.  Editing personal data and checking registration status will subsequently be possible at any time.  Please complete all required fields of the registration form.  Make sure that your email address is correct since it will be used for further correspondence and for payment of a registration fee. The payment can be made by a bank transfer or by a credit card. Official on-line credit card provider is:

In order to qualify for an early registration fee, payments must be sent out by 4 July 2015. Payments sent out after that date will have to cover the full registration fee. All payments must be made by money transfer by 31 August 2015, or by visa card or in person by Monday, 7 September 2015, noon.
